Are Dealerships Negotible?
Anybody know what's the lowest one can get an 03 R6 or 03 F4I for? I've heard of people getting $300 less MSRP but they does not seem like much. Are there any ads or places that are willing to lower the price in the MD/NJ/NY/PA/CT area. Thanks in advance!

How much are they going for?
I know the best time to buy is during Fall and Winter but curious to see what is lowest price during riding season.

im supposed to be buying a 2003 r6 this weekend...MSRP for the 2003 r6 is about 8 grand. im getting mine for 7500 out the door..dealers are negotiable...especially if you are going to pay cash up front. i got a hookup on mines..thats the only way i could get it for so cheap...hope this helps...but dealers ARE negotiable
well i've worked at a suzuki dealership (when im not away at school) for 4 years now. It all depends on the dealer and the model you are looking at.
For GSX-R's anyways, they are extremely popular bikes, we sell pretty much every one we ordered at the beginning of the year, we dont have to cut that much of a deal, on average we typically we throw in about $300 in accessories or cash off MSRP, etc. But again, it depends on the bike, how many units we have of the model, how bad we need to make a sale.
Now you might think of it well, **** i wouldnt pay MSRP for a damn car why would i pay msrp for a bike. I feel the same way however, there are millions of people who will pay Sticker price for the bike, but cant get financing. And there is enough people who get financed, that only look at the monthly payment, not the total price....thats why a lot of dealers dont cut deals
You can find cut throat dealers around that only sell, but dont have **** for a service department, so you're SOL once you buy the bike, the dealer you buy it at will always treat you better.
Anyways, hope that answers some of your questions...
