Comments:
I purchased this vehicle in September 1997 from the Toyota dealership in Durham, NC. It was still under warranty and I am the second owner of this car. In October 2000 with 90,000 miles on the odometer I performed a JDM B16A SIRII engine conversion which included a new ACT 2600lb clutch. Currently the engine has 55,000 miles on it. I have personally performed all scheduled services for the B16A motor currently under the hood. The timing belt, water pump, and head gasket have all been replaced. Regular maintenance like oil changes, rotate tires, alignments and transmission fluids also.
It has been involved in one accident since I have owned the car. It was repaired by "True2Form", a 5 star body shop in Raleigh, NC in July 1998. No other accidents or collisions since. The paint is in decent shape, but not perfect. A couple dents and dings here and there, but nothing to really detract from the image of the car.
I am not parting this car out, however many parts that have been removed from the car for weight reduction will be included in the purchase of the car. This engine is strong considering the limited number of modifications done. My last dyno run rated the motor at 156.7whp and 109 ft/lbs. torque with most of the modifications listed above. I have raced it at Rockingham Drag strip a handful of times and its current best run is a 14.701 @ 94.5 mph.

perhaps some more incentive for the HT crew...I am considering a "finders fee" for the person that refers a buyer to me who actually buys the car.
