Default h22 in a 6th gen, help please

Alright, Alright, i know that this question has been beat to death and i've already tried the search but i couldn't find any useful info. So please bear w/ me and help a fellow h-t'er out.

well, my friend and i decided that we will try to swap a h22 into his '00 Accord 4 door automatic.

-Can someone direct us in the right direction on gathering some info on this?

-What is the procedure when doing this? Does everything drop right in or does it require mods/welding

-what about gettin an obd1 h22(for cost reasons)

-wiring?

-how about the guage cluster? what do you guys do about the diff. redline?

i know these are A LOT of questions but i'd appreciate anything you guys can throw at me cuz i'm not really sure where to start. Thanx
