Default help!! blew a headlight fuse?? and need to drive in the dark tomorrow

hey everybody.. just picked a 4th gen srv a few weeks back and i haven't bought an owners manual yet. my headlights stopped working last night and i need to drive in the dark tomorrow. i think the fuse may have blown and i don't know where to start checking? i can't seem to find a diagram anywhere. any help would be much appreciated. also, would there be any other reason for my headlights to suddenly both go out (besides the bulb)? thanks

dan

Pop you hood and in the left upper corner of the engine bay you'll see a black box with fuses. Descriptions are written on the top. Replace blown fuse with a new one and that's all.

both fuse box lids I believe have diagrams on them but don't quote me. I haven't seen mine in a while.

i think they do... unfortunately my under dash fuse panel is missing the cover so there is no diagram ... does anybody know which fuse under the dash it is as the ones under the hood are fine. could it also be the relay??

It could be your headlight relay, I had to replace mine. My headlights would just go out when they wanted, no consistency, until I replaced the relay.

just start pulling fuses to see if they are burnt out. check to see if the bulbs are burnt out also.
