first, find out what year integra it is. Does the integra have pop-up or flush mount headlights? Is the CRX Si, DX or HF? If the integra is pre-90, there's not really any use in building up the motor for the CRX. since the integ. motor makes only 10hp more then a CRX Si. Also if he got the rear sus. from the integra and it is independent, not a solid axle, then it should be 90-up. Which is good, it's a b18b 1.8. ther are lots of good parts out there for that motor, it dependes on what your friend is going to do, turbo or N/A?

well i know its pre 90: cause i know what a 90-93 Teg has:
from what i hear, he saw this done in a Tuner mag and got the stuff all for free, just now wants to redo bottem end and such:
His Crx isnt an SI: Cause he went and got that tranny and other stuff

Sure what he is using is: one of these, i am thinking D16A1

D16A8/9 : 1988-1989 Acura Integra
D16A1 : 1986-1987 Acura Integra
D16A3 : 1988-1989 Acura Integra

IT was all free, so thats why:
thanks and keep up the help

The D16A1 won't bolt into a 4th gen chassis. Unless there is someone out there who now makes a mount kit for it. Even if he uses the Si tranny, the driver's side mount is way off.
BTW: what year is the CRX? Because if it is a 84-87, then yes the D16A1 will bolt in.
