Default H-C rules for 2004

I currently running a h5/Ita crx but am in the process of building an h1 car. (actually im converting my G-production scca national car). Its a Piper Motorsport sponsored first gen crx. When its all done it should weigh around 1700 pounds.

Just want to make sure that the national rules from the h-c website are accurate and going to be in effect for next year (especially the no weight limit on hybrids rule)
