How much timing advance with milled head and thinner gasket??

How much timing advance with milled head and thinner gasket??
I have a D15 head that I just got milled .030" and I'm running a D16z6 head gasket on a D15b2 motor. I believe a that's a total of .038" of less distance between head and block. How much do I advance the cam gears to compensate for the shorter height?? Any info would be great and appreciated. Thanks.
