My other car got stolen while working. I haven't seen the condition yet but its a 95 civic white dx... all it had on it was brand new rota sub zero's gunmetal(more darkest black color).. they found it a few hours later at takoma park, md... so i guess keep a eye out for rims for sale... they have brand new toyo fz4 tires on them 17X7 subzero gunmetal..that were on kyokugen lugs.. 4X100

Sorry to hear this. FYI, they cannot raise your insurance for making a compensation claim so go ahead and make it.

Yes they can. Why wouldn't they be able to raise your insurance? You made a claim because something happened, so they raise rates to get their money back and because you are now a higher risk.

They cannot raise your rate for a compensation claim, call them and ask.

 

Call your insurance buddy. My rims were stolen like two weeks ago and things are chill now. I haven't heard anything about my insurance going up...i don't think it should either. Did you have wheel locks? I just had some put on when i got my car back from the body shop...i hope they help.

I think it really sucks to see these kinda posts everyday...i'm so paranoid now it's not even funny. GOOD LUCK!

Exactly...I never meant that next month you would be paying another 20 bucks b/c your **** was stolen. But the next time you go to renew your plan they will raise your rates b/c they will consider you a higher risk.

 

put an alarm on the car, a shock sensor, and a midget with a 24 in flash light...

well their considering me a high risk driver.. (i guess becuase i drive at nite and stuff) but yea some truck just took out my mirror the other day and is changing stories and their already warning me about dropping me whether i am at fault or not.. so a stolen car puts me even more a "high risk" because i go places where cars get stolen i guess.. but yea it was at Montgomery Mall nick.. I went and picked up the car today.. rims were gone.. my SNAP ON IMPACT gun in the trunk was gone..and a nice *** breakbar... other then that.. the TOW company did more damage then them.. bumper fell off and lip is off from their towing.. i was able to fix up it up and put tires and wired the ignition to come back home.. tomorrow is gonna be recovery period..i guess guys keep an eye out in MD/VA/DC selling those rims! thanks again

Wow man....thats awful. I cant believe how negligent towing companies are.

God damn Montgomery Mall...you werent parked in the food court were you? I try and avoid that mall at ALL costs with my car Its worse than Wheaton man! Is that a joke or what?

parked in the FIRST SPOT infront of a bank... wide open with constant traffic... and people.. they took it in broad daylight.. between 4-6 pm... but im guessing wheaton/montgomery.. nemall.. makes no difference if they want it
