Would it be the 12x1.25 or the 12x1.5? And sorry for being so ignorant, but what are these measurements exactly?

i think thats the thread pattern of the lug, i dont know for sure what the stock honda thread pattern is though.

You have an Integra? 12x1.5 I have the Spline Drives in that size for my teg.
