Default How, long does it take for a shop to flush and fill radiator fluid

Well I took a look in my reserve tank today, and it doesn't look to good, it seems to be a little sludge like, leaving residue on the side of the reserve tank. Is this bad??

But does anyone know how long a shop normally charges to do this work, or just the flat rate?

Do it yourself. Pull a plug, the fluid comes out, flush it, plug it, refill, your done. As for the sludge, my guess is your radiator is filthy dirty, or maybe that fluid was in the reserve for a long time, but IDK.
