All motor B18c5 setups? help if you can
What are you guys running whp? 1/4? setups on your R? I did a search and found out that i will probably want to get an SMS ITR header...where can i find one at and what do they usually run $?

SMSP is on this board-IM him. Last price I saw on his header was $1050. Wait is about 4 months, last time I checked (April).

id get the JDM DC header because of its price and 2.5 inch collector
Id also recommend the basic bolt ons and some head work
Skunk2 cam gears and stage 1 camshafts would be perfect, plenty of R owners get great gains with this, especially on stock compression.
