Just a gripe. Took the GSR in for tire balance and rotation at the local garage. Usually competent work.
Three days later, 1 am, coming home from a friend's, I get the wubba wubba wubba. Bad part of town, too. So I pull over, pop the spare (which was almost flat. ALWAYS check your spare! DOH!!!), and make it home.
Next day, at the shop, I get the "Oh yeah! See, we used these deep wheel weights which broke the seal on the bead. Yeah. Sorry about that!"
Then he has the audacity to hane me a bill cause he had to inspect and rebalance the dam thing!
Grrr...
Talked to the owner and got that taken care of.
The moral of the story - If you take your car to Wal-Mart, Sears, Wester Auto, etc., expect to have someone to ask you if you want some crack. Cause you'll be on the side of the road at 1 am in the bad part of town!
OK. I'm better now...

You should not have to pay for that. They don't have any knid of warranty on their work? Even if they don't I would have bitched up a storm to the manager unless they fixed it up for free since they admitted that their work caused it.
