Is it ok to use act clutch with stock pressure plate?

Default Is it ok to use act clutch with stock pressure plate?

I can get a good deal on an ACT clutch but, just the disc. I was wondering if there is a disadvantage for using the stock pressure plate.

Depends. If you have the street disc, you can get away with it. But with the 6 puck unsprung and Miba pad. The engagement will be harsh, your PP might not be strong enough to hold it down.
