Somehow I doubt it... the city didn't put it there, and you can't expect the city to fill every pot hole as soon as it appears. I wish it were their fault, but unless it's been there for years and never been fixed or something like that... you're on your own.

depends...some ppl get away with aftermarket header dented in the city so..go try..

 

I've seen a couple people get money because a pothole dented thier rim.

I believe you goto the DMV and tell them where the pothole is and if the have it on file they will give you money for it. or maybe if they dont have it on file.

Well its one of the two obviously, so mind as well try.

 

thanks. I called people in charge of roads on phone and they have insurance. they filed a report well see what happens

 

I was actually talking to someone about this yesterday and they said they knew a person that got the city to pay for their rims when they hit a big ******* pot hole. He also got the city to pay for his rims when the road salt during the winter corroded (sp?) the polished lip. (don't know if its true or not, you know how this he said she said kinda stuff is)
