Default what should my settings be?
i have a 2000 GSR with DC 4-1, DC exhaust, apex vtec controller, AEM cai, AEM Cam gears. What should the settings be on my AEM cam gears? i think my tech set it on like -2/+1 what do you suggest guys? also what do you guys suggest an my next mod? Thanks for your advice!

A few DYNO runs to tune YOUR setup. Only that will tell you what works on YOUR car...
