Looking for a good machine shop

I'm getting ready to build a LS/vtec. Anyone know of any GOOD machine shops in the Virgnia area? Looking to get the entire motor (block and head)done at one place.

Jackson Auto Machine in Maryland or AR Fabrication in VA.

I live in Staunton Va.

ChopTopSi, do you have a phone number to AR Fabrication?

I'm trying to find someone who's done them before. Or atleast knows what Vtec is.
