Default Leaking valve cover gasket.

Ok, i was checking my spark plugs today and when i pulled the wires out there's oil all over them. I peak in and there's oil inside all 4 of the spark plug socket(name?). I'm assuming that the O-ring gaskets are jacked.

My question is, how bad is it to drive like this? im not sure how long it's been leaking. What negative effects are there? As I won't be able to change out the gasket until the end of this coming week.

Any input is appreciated.

there's no negative effects - worst that happens is that the oil seeps down into the cyl and a little bit gets burned off
