I guess Im SOL regarding a header...
Since my n1 catback is 2.36", I cant get a good 2.5" header to make good power since it'll create backpressure...
If i wanted to go turbo, I would have to replace the n1 as well (well **** I wish I had researched this before :\)
So since im goin NA, my question is, what is a good 2.25" header? And what cat should I use with it?

There are no headers that have a 2.25" collector that are mass made for our cars. The headers all taper down to 2" so they will fit with the stock cat.
Honestly I think the best 2" collector for b series is the comptech. It is the only non-sequential 4-2-1 header & 2" collector that has stepped primaries to prevent exhaust reversion.
and yes, carsound. Keep in mind that cat diameters are measured ID instead of OD like exhausts.

So for the lazy ppl out there like myself, I should get a Comptech 4-2-1 with 2" collector... What do you mean they are measured by ID and not OD?
Exhausts are measured by the outer diameter, meaning they measure around the outside of the exhaust. Cats on the other hand, are measured by the inside.
You have to keep that in mind in order to get a consistant exhaust system.
