I have a set of black and red Mugen Rnr's and..my friend wants to trade his 16" Mint* White Sprint Hart Cpr's with brand new tires...straight across for my rims.(I tried getting some cash..but he says Im smokin crack )

Is this worth it? ........Would you do it....?

wow thats a hard decision....it all depends on what you use your car for...you might want the lighter wheel of the two, or the one that looks better on your car....I think if you do trade that he should throw you SOME money...other wise maybe just keep your mugens

I don't see how ANYONE would pay 1500 WITHOUT tires for a cast wheel when you can get SPoons WITH tires for 1500.....

You'll be suprised as to what people pay more for..a fashion statement or a good wheel for function.

i dont see why people spend over 20,000 on their honda, when they can buy a 350z.

I'd do the Sprints. Too many rota rnr copies are running around to make the real ones unique anymore. But look at both and do what you want.

 

damn, My whole goal is..to put a rim I wont have a problem sellin in the near future..as I think the sprint harts would look alot better on my ladys integra..but we are gonna get rid of the car in the next 6 or 7 mos...so I want to invest in a rim..that I wont have trouble getting rid of.

Now..what do you think?

that's my position on it all. getting the sprint harts would be more of a safety move than anything. not only are you getting brand new tires, but you're getting wheels that aren't old and weakening by the day.

you're mugens won't be worth anything when one breaks.

 

ok for the rnrs i would say 1k is good, but i would keep them for sure. Even though rota made a copy the originals are hard to find, and in the near future they will be rally hard to find and thats whne u will make big bucks for them! keep the rnr's all the way!

I agree. Plus Sprint Harts are fawkin' nice wheels. Not to say I don't love RNRs, but I'd be a little wary of driving with them on the street.
