0-60 is 7.2 though

 

lol...7.2 is still quicker than the 5th gen Ludes that have 10 more hp.

Actually I believe 0-60 is more like 6.5 on the 4th Gen VTEC vs 6.8 for the 5th Gen. 4th Gens have slightly shorter gearing, hence the slighter quicker acceleration times.

 

The whole generations thing messes me up. Is 5th generation the current 2001 style? I thought that was 0-60 in 7.7. Could be wrong though.

 

Yup, 5th Gen is like current 2001 body style. As far as 7.7 sec, the Sportshift (automatic) model runs about 7.7-8.0 to 60. There have been some slow times published for the 5th Gen Ludes in some magazines, but trust me, I owned one, they are not that slow.
