No.
There are many people that misrepresent themselves by their SN`s here, so its not unreasonable for one to assume the topic starter might be refering to a completely different car.

Let me answer your question even though it has been covered many times. Replace all belts including timing, replace the water pump, thermostat, valve cover gasket and ofcorse oil and oil filter. Look into the intake manifold and check if its clean ,if not clean it take it of if you have to, replace the PCV valve as well. There is more I just cant remember.

Hey DILDOBREATH, if we went by the user name then he must have a JDM, RHD, true Civic EG6 which would mean different parts, so before you try and belittle a senior contributing member of this forum, check yourself first, okay?

He has an EH3, not an EG6 so you are WRONG bro.

If you want to get into a pissing contest about knowledge, post usefulness, etc. I'll be more than happy to oblige you.

You can get your point across without being an ******* about it. I'm not setting the example in this reply obviously, but it can be done. Please refrain from trying to make someone seem like an ***, or try to belittle someone when you don't even know the real deal to begin with, thanks.

...and you won't stay very long if you keep doing so.

Look I have no problems if you want to flame someone for being harsh, but don't make yourself look very stupid in the process by backing your claim up with false/incorrect information.

You tried to sound smart and point out the "obvious" to you, but you were wrong. Admit it and don't do so and then end with a back-handed remark like you just did by saying "I don't know my hatches like you guys that think you're Gods" or whatever you typed.

I do know my 1992-1995 Civics very well. I know them as good as anyone you can think of, but the difference is that 99% of the time I use that knowledge to HELP someone rather than say "I ******* rule and you don't know **** about hatches" like some people might.

I used the other 1% on you because again you tried to sound cool and fire on someone when you had the wrong ammunition.

Do you understand?

...and you're no better for not posting helpful info when all you're trying to do is point out others' flaws is their posts in this very thread.

As far as the original poster's questions, it will all depend on the thoroughness of the swap from the importer.

Most swaps from Japan lack axles, engine harness, and complete exhaust manifold.

If I were the topic starter I'd expect to buy:

1. Axles - probably $200.00 or so since you won't have cores to exchange

2. Header - take your pick. Expect to pay $220-$1,200 (for a custom SMSP/HyTech unit ) I'd buy one made for an Integra Type R so you don't have to extend your exhaust. I doubt that the swap will include the correct (and shorter) GS-R cat with the o2 sensor, so this is why I say buy a header for an ITR.

3. Upper and lower radiator hoses for 94-01 GS-R. (Looks like he already covered that)

4. Intake for GS-R. Take your pick. The short ram will fit 100% bolt on and easy, while cold air versions can be modded to fit.

5. For an engine harness use the original Si engine harness. It should all just plug right in leaving only the knock sensor and secondaty butterflies to wire up.

Here's something else:

By the way, that picture originated from H-T menber Katman, not Cardomain.com. I hope that he knows about them using his pic with their site URL on it...

There, is that better? All of these things could have been found in less than 10 minutes by using the search feature.
