Default What Sway bar Setup?

I've been reading a lot of posts on this board about sway and anti-sway bar performances and applications, and I'm still a little confused. I have a 00 Ex civic, and I was considering getting both the front and rear ST sway bars, but I've read a bunch of posts suggesting to just get a rear sway bar and work with my stock front sway bar. I was wondering about other peoples experience with their sway bar setups, and I was hoping for some suggestions dealing with the under/over steering handling of their cars. What I really just want is a car that can corner really well, and rides like a go-kart I know that a lot of people will say to learn your ride (and how to drive) first, but that's where I want to be eventually, and I don't have a lot of money to try different things out. Little help?
