Installing CD player into 92 Accord

anyone got a link on how to remove all the panels(around the deck) and factory deck in a 92 accord
in order to install a deck?

this should be in the audio/security forum... but ill thow some guidance your way.


its real simple, you gotta look behind the radio as in lay on the floor and get a flashlight. theres two (2) 8mm bolts. youll need a "skewdriver" or something that flexes to get to these. you can usally only get to these from the pass. side. it takes patients if you dont have the correct tools. after you get these 2 bolts out the radio should pull right out.

you also need to take out the ash tray, which there are 3 screws holding that up. i have a link on how to do it, somewhere on my computer. let me see if i can dig it up somewhere.

There is a screw in the back that holds the OEM unit.
Unscrew that and it all comes out.
If you are taking out panels you are doing it wrong.
