Default knock-knock!

my zc is alive...finally!

i have a knocking sound ..im almost certain it is a rod knock..i think i may have crushed my connecting rod cap bearing...so im thinking i can buy a new set of bearings for all the rods...but, which bearings to buy for which car?
86-89 integra D16A1 connecting rod bearings?

in case you dont know which bearings im talking about here is a picture of the bearing believe to be ***'d up :

if you know any information or any thing like that on this matter ..help/advice is greatly appreciated.

The ones you want are the connecting rod bearings, the main bearings are the ones that are on the mains that hold the crank in place.

Well if you have spun a rod bearing, you will need to pretty much rebuild the motor. New main bearings, rod bearings, get the crank machined and rods machine. Probably need oversized bearings. Dont just replace the bearings as that wont fix it.
