I have a 1997 base Prelude. I have the rear coilovers on my car right now. The front will be on soon. The driver's side looks higher than the passener side, I have measured it and its about half an inch higher. Is there anything that can expain this? There is nothing in my trunk, so is there anything else that would cause it?

Obviously it might be an installation issue. I don't know what it might be but my mechanic said something along the line of "if you do this it will make the car sit high and if you do this it will sit lower." So you might wanna check the installation again.

Or you know the coil-overs can adjust the ride height..... right. if so then set the to side equal to each other and the two sides of the car should set equal.

 

if it makes you feel any better, my car leans slightly to the right side when i look at it from the rear...

 

I have tried a few times to make the height the same I counted the treads on the sleeve on both sides. What should I check in the install? I mean am I over reacting? It just kinda pisses me off though. Please more input!

dont know what to tell you. over adjust the side that is lower.
