It's on ebay right now and i was wondering if this is an original OEM manual from Honda?! How does the helm version compare to this one?

I want to know cause i really need a service manual...

I also would like info. about Accord manuals. I have asked E-Bay sellers of 99 Accord manuals if they are exactly the same as factory ones and get vague answers. Does Honda have a publication number on their official books? Some say theirs are reproduction manuals - what does that mean - are they copies of an original? What should I pay for a used 99 manual? Also what about the CDs they offer - are they of any use or do they just tell how to change oil and filter?

 

Honda doesn't publish the books, HELM does.
