selling it for $400..only 3 months old and in my garage wrapped up..dont need it anymore

Yes it will fit...they changed the length of the header/exhaust combo on the 2000 and 2001 cars...Honda does some odd things at times, it only took them 6 years to make all of the exhaust systems the same length.
