If you have another solution, i'd love to hear it.

how many teeth does an h23 belt vs h22 belt have? how bout cam gears, and water pump.
i know b-series guys use different water pumps on different ls/cr/vtec setups. they just match it to the water pump, maybe we can do something like this...then you can use h22 ss t-belt

so which part is different between the H22 and H23 that makes the timing belt different? i think this is what you were asking, i'm not sure, but someone out there does.
the honda part numbers (Si vs. Vtec) are different for the water pump, crank gear, cam gear, and timing belt. i've heard it said that they are all the same. does anyone know for sure?

A couple here use this, but I hear its pretty pricey if you want it.

The belts are completely different:

So to use an H22 belt, you'd need to swap cam gears, water pump, & the oil pump/crank gear. I honestly don't know if any of that is even possible.
But like I said in another thread, if you're running stock cams & stock redline, there's no need for stiffer valve springs. And with OEM valve springs, there's no need for a belt that's stronger than stock.

that's what i figured, just wasn't for sure. my engine is being turboed in the near future, that is my reason for the stiffer springs. you might like to read the other post so we can have all our thoughts organized.
