These rims on a red 5th gen?

the maturity level of some here amazes me 
I was just looking for opinions on them, pro's and cons to them or any help or info.
I have some Senso's right now but the polished lip seems to take a beating.
I saw some Accord with these I believe but the center cap had the Honda "H"..I'm guessing you can just purchase those on the side?
As far as tires go would 215/45's offer a fair amount of protection against potholes?
