My friend's muffler broke last week. She has a 1995 Honda Civic and needs a replacement.

I would appreciate any SERIOUS advice you can give me on where she can get a replacement and what brands are best.

No FART CANS, BOMB EXHAUSTS, or UNIVERSAL MUFFLERS please

She is located in the Columbus, Ohio area so if you know shops there that would also be greatly appreciated.

Why not get a stock replacement? If there's any performance shops in your area, they're always changing out exhuast systems and throwing the factory ones off to the side. Same with custom muffler shops, they usually keep the stock ones, or are too lazy to toss them out

Yeah I'll have to tell her to try that too. Unfortunately she just moved there and doesn't have time to call shops but I'm gonna see her this weekend and maybe I'll call a few myself.

She's a girl and doesn't have lots of cash to spend since she just moved to Columbus so she has to save all she possibly can.

An OEM muffler definitely is the best choice for her but I cannot find any on eBay other than for older civics and this one right here:

Her car is a 1995 Civic DX coupe (I think ?). It's just a normal length car, not a hatchback.

If anyone can tell me if that above muffler can fit please let me know ! She wants to know before she places a bid.
