is there such a thing and if so where can i get the tranny for it

 

I think they made them in Japan............."think". WHy you would want want puzzles me but you can put an LS tranny on the b16a but it will be some slow ****.

it won't be worth all the headaches, switch to a manual

learn to drive manual. You will be way happier

Slower than a One leg-turtle in a 4 leg race.
Yes it would fit into an EK.

 

I would imagine an automatic B16A would be slower than a manual D16.

 

theay have auto trannys that bolt up to a b but the thing is vtec. your engine is vetc and all the auto trannys for b's are non-vtec. you wont be able to run a vtec ecu with an auto tranny.

Where do you get that misinformation from?

There were auto B16As in Japan that came stock in various Civics. I've seen some of the EG front clips in person that were automatic for sure.

Call 1-800-962-8922 and talk to Import Auto Salvage's Randy or Larry Jr. and ask them how many auto VTEC front clips they've gotten.

 

this is true...some kid i know swapped one in his civic....it took him forever to find one though....its definetly faster than it was before.

 

Oh and there's no ******* way I'd ever run a pile of **** Honda slushbox in my car though, that's for sure.

If I was going to do an auto swap into hatch, I'd probably go with and LS or CRV motor. A B16a auto is going to be a dog

 

yes, they make it. please dont use it...

unless you only have a right leg, or only one arm or something. otherwise, you will hate youself when its over...
