Zdyne people in Pa, anyone want to help me?
Hey guys I need some help tuning my Zdyne. I have a basic setup right now that was done with a wideband on the street. Im going to be heading to a dyno soon but I need someone to help me out with it. Anyone willing to help me out? Im located near Reading PA, you can email me at cwbetb@aol.com, setup is a ZC Turbo
Im actually looking for someone to tune it on a Dyno. I get the idea of it but not sure what it should be set to for the most amount of HP
Sorry to impose on your tread but I need help too. you guys know how much boost the base maps that come with it can take? I can only boost like 3 psi before the car acts dump and jerky like there isn't enough fuel. do any of you guys have maps? thanks
Here's mine...

That's for my B16a with a t3/t4 46 trim compressor/48 A/R turbine, pretty much with an ITR head. (cams, intake manifold, etc)
The most recent map there made 232 at the wheels at 15 psi. Not great but my turbo was SICK SICK SICK. Smoke everywhere.

Jon at the Dropshop said he will send me a map he did with a Zdyne with a setup like mine and see if that helps. I can probabaly try a couple tunes on the dyno and see what makes the most hp.

My car hits Madd VTEC on top end with the ITR cams yo, so WAYYY too much fuel is my thoughs.
Seriously, I had ITR cams in the car, so you may want to lean it out a percent at a time and see if it feels any better. If not, take it back to the way I had it, just to be on the safe side.

I have got a really good LS map for 450cc injectors. 14 to 14.5a/f Great city driving with good gas mileage and 12.5- 12.0 WOT. Email me at mricketts@iplatforminc.com and I will send you the program. It was tested with my FJO wideband o2.
Here are some maps to try:

It is a place to store Zdyne maps. I run dailydrv.zip as a great baseline and just go up from there.
Not much LS stuff though. Add it if you got it.
