How Often Should You Clean The Comptech Intake Filter Element When Used With Icebox?
Just wondering how often you have to clean this filter as I have never owned a foam filter, just used to cotton filters. Comptech makes a great intake system, but it would have been nice if they gave us some info. on cleaning these filters. I am under the impression that foam filters need to be cleaned more frequently, any info would be appreciated , thanks.

The directions that I have state that the filter should be cleaned at every other oil change...I change it when it looks too dirty for my liking.

The directions stated after an oil change. I had my Icebox for over a month now and the filter still looks spic and span clean. I will probably clean it when I notice it getting dark. Otherwise, it's all good.
