i know it sounds a stupid question, but i just want to make more clear of my knowledge.
so, that means exhaust sys. don't include header, right?

well, there's couple kind of exhaust system you can buy.
there's axle back, cat back.
and there's system you can build, headback/manifold back
here's a little diagram
engine-->header-->CaT. Converter-->resonator-->muffler(can and the tip)

This is a surreal thread.
So, you have a loud noise from somewhere in your exhaust system, and want to either get it fixed or replace it. But you don't know where the noise is coming from, and you want recommendations on whether to fix it or to replace it.
Take you car to a muffler shop and see what they say (though take their recommendations with a grain of salt, they often pad their recommendations to get more work). Come back and tell us what they said was wrong and what needed fixing, along with their price estimate. Or, just lay next to your car and have a friend rev the engine a little while you listen and look at your exhaust system. Can you identify the source? If not, at least note whether it is from the front, the middle, or the back of the car.
Also, vague thread titles are frowned upon, next time try to be a little more specific (e.g. Help, have exhaust system problem).

I got it, you know what you need, if it is the exhaust, get a powercore header, its relatively cheap and they make it for the LX motor, i know, when i had that POS motor thats the header i had, and then go greddy with the cat and exhaust, you'll be alright, and if not sell your car and buy a bicycle...
Dont waste your time, apparently you want to increase performance sooner or later right? or you really wouldnt be on Honda Tech huh

ok here are a few plugs
I sell some of the best mandrel bend exhaust piping. you can get that to replace your stock stuff and get on your way:: super cheap
I also have a 25-26% GReddy Sale (They are the Nike of exhaust companies) which means if you want a great price, take a look at that sale before this month is over:
