Default radiatorbarn.com radiator pics

Someone posted this website that has a nice all metal Del Sol VTEC Dual Core radiator. This is a nice alternative to the Autozone radiator if you prefer all metal. This radiator has the bigger inlet/outlet though. Also, it was $92.40 with free shipping! That's about $20 less than the Autozone one.

Full size pic.

All metal.

Thicker than stock.

Now you have 2 good deals for cooling your hybrid.

Does the stock 92-95 Civic radiator fan bolt up? and does it need new brackets or anything. I have been wanting to do this for some time.

Fan bolts up and you need to take the little rubber mounts off the bottom of the stocker and put it on the new one so the upper bracket will fit. Took a little while to figure that one out.

Posting on this thread to keep the search feature relevant and useful.

I ordered a radiator for my 92 civic dx from radiatorbarn.com on Monday, and just received it today. It looks good, and is light as hell. I'm not sure how heavy the factory one is. We'll see tomorrow, when I install this one. I'll post pictures as well.

$83 dollars, shipped. Plastic top/bottom, metal core, single row. I bought the cheapest one available. You can buy a 2 row and others from them. I recommend them, so far. Very professional, and I got email updates throughout the process. I'm very satisfied with my purchase.

So here is my install. Radiator-Barn is EXCELLENT, and I would not hesitate to ever buy from them again, or to reccomend them to my friends.

the package: (done well)

Complete Raditor...on my table.

My craptastic radiator, leaking like a mug.

My fuggin hand, hating this transfer and life...right about now.

Side by side comparison...new vs. old....EXACT MATCH!!!

Installed. Don't mind the coolant...spilled on impact.

Been beating this radiator for the past week. 4-speed A/T...No leaks. Extremely happy.

Cannot recommend this company enough. http://www.radiatorbarn.com

Just to clarify on this specific post. Yes, it bolts up EXACTLY. Every bit of the factory radiator (which I replaced) matches up exactly with their replacement. I am insanely satisfied.

I am amazed that this radiator is the exact match. Good people and good company. They actually answer emails, too!
