can a 4th gen use 5th gen hubs?

could i swap hubs from a 5th gen prelude onto my 4th gen prelude? has anyone done this? the reason is, i have some very expensive wheels that were on my old 5th gen but i no longer have that car. i now have a 4th gen vtec. now i have a 4-lug car with some bad *** 5-lug rims, which do me no good sitting in my garage.
any help will be greatly appreciated.
