about the dohc zc

I am planing to buy a dohc 1.6 for my 90 cr-x si and what I want to know is what dose it run in a 1/4 with bolt on parts c/a/i and headers? what is your opinion on the 1.6 dohc and do you recomend getting it? is $600 a good price or to much.
