My door won't open correctly if i tighten everything down? What am i doing wrong?

Same thing happen to me, my fender dosn't fit right, i have a z3 one, and i always thought it was the fender that was fucked up, but i got hit at 50MPH on my driver side door and i almost lost my leg, but anyways the body shop who repaired the car, molded the door wrong and it's at a sailnt so they just moded the stock fender to make it look like it was ok, I have to ghetto mount the fender, it's being held by 2 blots, and i had to redrill a hole on the bottom of the fender, and put some washers under the bolt to make it fit right.
Here is how bad it looks, but no one really notices it anyways.
You can see where the fender hits the door,
Becuase the door is moded inwards the fender looks kind fucked up, and there is a small gap, but i can still open and shut my door.
