how easy and how would it cost to cut my sping, need advice please.

I wouldn't do that if I were you. Unless you plan on shelling out the money for new springs and dampers in the NEAR future. If you do decide to do this, I wouldn't recommend driving on it for too long. The shortened distance will blow out your struts....
