I can not find a proportioning valve any where.

I thought they were 40/30 prop valves.... I'll have to double check (at least the JDM DC2 clips are 40/30). DA Integras are 40/40 prop valves... the non-ABS ones (like the one in my daily driver) so there's another place to look.
BTW, EK9 is 40/40, but the lines go the otherway, like with most RHD cars.
