Can ITR calipers be modded to fit DX hubs?

Can ITR calipers be modded to fit DX hubs?
I'm trying to get an inexpensive brake upgrade without having to change my knuckles. I know I can get the ITR rotors redrilled to fit 4x100 but is there an adapter for the caliper to bolt to the DX hub? Are there any parts I can swap off the EX to make it work without changing the knuckle?
