Heat Shield Ideas......

What are you guy's using to block heat off the turbo? I see stuff like the shield that comes with the Greedy kit's and DEI turbo wraps, but what works best?

i really like my DEI turbo insulatoin kit. a very good kit, but kinda pricey.

I have the wrap kit too- works real wel, but it looks like crap. If you could fab an alum shield and mount it somehow (like the greddy kit)...

So the DEI wrap is a good option? Can I install it on the turbo withought taking the turbo off the motor?

i just made a heat shield out of a sheet of aluminum and have someone weld a nut to my manifold so i can bolt the heatshield onto it. work great, underhood temps are significantly lower and it's cheap.
