You ask why are they this cheap......cause crower cams suck, thats why. They make good rods, i will give them that, but i swear that brian has no clue what he is talking aobut when it comes to cams. If ouy are going to spend the money go with web, guide or jun. Yes Jun makes cams for the H23, you just have to call.
