Default Suspension Techniques Sway Bar

A friend of mine wants to sell me a brand new suspension tech rear sway bar setup for my 98' ex. Should I go for it, or spend more for the Beaks ITR kit. Also, how much would it cost (estimated) for a shop to install this?

How much is he selling it for? If it's pretty cheap I would say go for it. I've been happy with my ST bars.
