Can a manifold for a D-Series work with a B series with some grinding?

Also will a Greddy TD40H-15G work with a B series? What's the limit?

I feel dumb and searches yeilded nothing.

I think the greddy 15g is maxed out around 15 psi. I know a guy who has a b-series and is running the tdo4h-15g turbo. I think he's going to run the turbo without a vacuum line to the actuator so it will definately be at its maximum boost when he runs it. I'll let you know how it turns out when he's done.
