Default dohc zc valve springs?

Do any of you know anybody that makes aftermarket valve springs for the dohc ZC? Does crower makes any? Does the z6/y8 springs work? What about the b-series?

thanks,
liam

here is some info that might help (although it won't give you an exact answer):

yeah, from that site, the outer diameter of the b18a would fit for the zc but the stem height would be too high.

JG used to make a set for the d16a1, I think they might be the same, but I'm not sure. My question is why would you need aftermarket valve springs? Realisticly there are no ZC cams that make power high enough on the rpm's to make them necessary. Is there some other reason to use them?

-edit
Just read breaka19's link so disregard my JG d16a1 advise.

well, actually there are zc cams that make power beyond the stock redline, they are the ef-1's, hks, webcams, and many more. However, it not only based on using them for a higher redline, depending on your application, if you are going to be going anywhere close to redline because of things like forced industion, or lighter flywheel, with a higher redline, or anything like that, you want to protect yourself from little things like valve float.

I need the springs because im going to be running a custom cams and alot of boost at high rpm (~8500rpms). I dont want a crappy set of stock springs keeping the valves down under the loads.

thanks,
liam
