Default Just installed Thin side moldings on my 00 Si

I haven't painted them yet, wanted to see what they looked like on the car, and how big of a difference they are to my U.S. moldings before I have them painted, ill probably roll around with them on for a couple weeks so that I can have them painted with my folding mirrors when I get them.

With the plastic flat black, you won't really be paranoid if someone dings it with their car door. But if its painted, you'll be paranoid someone will stratch it. Just one way to look at it.

I dig em. Hopefully you didn't have to pay jdm ***** prices to get those. Cause I would only personally do it if i scored them cheap.

im sure if you genious' can find a way to stick another motor in another car it doesnt belong in you can figure out to take the thin moldings off an older civic and see if they would fit a new one, and sell them at jdm prices...

just a thought, I know those things arent a special order item... look like old eg side moldings to me.

but I want a set most definately.

I think the only way I would buy them is if my stock mouldings were really messed up. It looks okay, but defianately get it painted!

Very creative. Looks great even without paint. I would leave them unpainted=more functional

I was gonna rock some of those unpainted, with some flat black wheels and a CF hood. For the Über played out flat black uglyness look, it would look good and be semi-origional seeing as i have never seen anyone post pictures of it. You could put some spoon CF mirriors on also for more stunna effect.

But yea im probally not gonna do it so.... eh. Looks good either way though.
