Tinting tail lights
what do you want to know about it?? yes it is illegal, well at least in Utah where everything is and I think that if you were gonna tint your lights, I would get the ones that are "smoked" or whatever.

since im in a good mood tonight im not gonna tell you bust a search,...anyways,..go to your local hobby shop,...get some RC tint spray paint,...go home,..take off your taillights,...wipe taillight off with rubbing alcohol to clean it off,...mask off whatever you dont want tinted with 3M masking tape (3M products are the ****),..after your done masking off whatever you dont want tinted,...start to spray,...spray light coats to ensure no runs and an orange peel effect,..2 things people hate to see,...anyways spray as many layers as you desire,...let sit 15 mins in between coats,...after your done with the tint,...i suggest using a clear coat,...clear coat the whole taillight instead of the tinted part only,...let sit over night and then put the taillights back on the car in the morning and enjoy....good luck
