what companies make chin spoilers/splitters??
preferably a company that makes them for road racing. i forgot about some guy in the midwest, if anyone remembers his name or website, ive searched.
Build your own and let us know, or buy one ready-to-go from someone that's already done the homework. Your choice. Good luck.
hey johng, could someone buy the spoiler first and then add the splitter on after, or is the spoiler portion of the splitter unit different?
nate
edit: and how well do they hold up against cone hits? i'd imagine pretty good if they can survive off-road excursions, but i'm not positive. any autocrossers using your spoiler/splitter?

The RRG.com unit allows for the splitter to be installed later if needed. The RRG.com airdam is pretty beefy so it'd probably be just fine against cones, but I couldn't tell you for sure.
I couldn't say for sure either but the airdam takes concrete wall hits OK as well as OTE's that send the splitter back to the halfshafts. I *think* it'll take the cones just fine

well that certainly removes a lot of doubt. i might have to find a way to expand the budget a little and work one of those cone plows in.
(i doubt i'll see any sort of aero advantage at autocross speeds. but it will reduce the number of orange things going under my car and getting burned up on the exhaust!)
