Default Dash swap then no cruise, wont shift from park, srs light on

Howdy
I did a dash swap into my 98 Honda Civic EX
Now the SRS light is on, I cant shift out of park when I press the brake(I have to use the key in the little hole, you know what im talking about), the cruise doesn't work... and thats it I think.

I was wondering if I just need to reset the computer or what? I would think it would fix it. I think I turned the car on without that stuff hooked up.

Let me know what you guys think.

Thanks

Because it was a theft recovery and they tore the dash and busted the vents, they also tore the door's and busted the plastic on the tach.
you can see what else was done to the outside
they scratched #1 into the hood, and a big scratch across the trunk, also bent the antenna... idiots or something!
We got it for 2300

98 Honda Civic EX with 63,000 miles and its an automatic..

heres the before pictures
